Sales will order the pack on your behalf and once payment has
been agreed with our HIP provider then we can commence marketing
your property for you.

Energy performance certificate (EPC) .
A Sale statement (summarising the terms of the sale)
Evidence of Title
Standard searches (Local Authority, Drainage and Water)
Comonhold/Leasehold information if applicable.

A Home Condition report

Non residential
Mixed commercial and residential properties
